How ordering works
Honouring the life of a loved one. Everything you need to know, from your first message to collection: the steps, our deadlines, payment and what happens if plans change.
Step by step
Six steps, from first message to collection.

With what you need (booklets, bookmarks, candles, or a mix) and how many.
Choose a design and a package
Basic, Standard or Premium, from our examples. Tell us about any special wishes, such as lamination or thicker paper.
Send us the details
Full name, dates, a clear photo (send it as a document, not as a normal photo, so it stays sharp), service and burial arrangements, the order of service, and any poem or verse.
Review your proof
We design it and send a proof within 24 hours of receiving everything. Your family can ask for changes, and two rounds of changes are included.
Approve in writing
For candles we need the cover approved first, then the full design. We print only after written approval and your 50% deposit.
Collect or have it shipped
We check and pack every order before handover.
When to order
Our deadlines.
For a weekend funeral, send your complete details by Tuesday 12:00 and approve your design by Thursday 12:00, and your order is ready from Friday 15:00. Our time starts when we have everything: details, photo, quantities and package.

Payment
How payment works.
You pay per order. We start printing once you have approved your design and we have received a 50% deposit.
The balance is due before you collect or before we ship. Courier shipping is not part of the deposit: we send you the courier quote before dispatch, and you pay it before we send your order. You are also welcome to pay the full amount upfront.
Pay by EFT or with a secure payment link, provided with your quote. If you pay by EFT, send your proof of payment on WhatsApp. If a funeral parlour places the order for you, the same terms apply to whoever places it.
Collection and delivery
Collect, or we courier to you.
Collect your order from Friday 15:00 at 39 Kindon Road, Robertsham, Johannesburg, 2091, or we ship it by courier at your cost.
We check and pack every order before handover, and we ask you to open one booklet and count the boxes with us.

Our terms, in plain language
Changes, cancellations and refunds.
- Before you pay the deposit
- Nothing to pay. Our design work is free until you approve.
- After the deposit, before we start printing or making candles
- We refund your deposit, less our design fee (R149.75 for booklets and bookmarks, R29.75 for a candle design).
- After we have started printing or making candles
- We keep 50% of the order value. Anything you paid above that is refunded.
- After collection or delivery
- We cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
If we make a mistake, or what we deliver does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it or refund you in full.
If the funeral date changes after printing, we can reprint with the new details. Message us for a quote.

Frequently asked questions.
The funeral is during the week. Can you still help?
Message us as soon as you can. We offer an express service when we have room. It costs 25% of the order, with a minimum of R149.75.
How soon will I see a proof?
Within 24 hours of receiving everything: details, photo, quantities and package. We include two rounds of changes; each extra round is R49.75.
When and how do I pay?
We start printing once you have approved your design and we have received a 50% deposit. The balance is due before you collect or before we ship. Pay by EFT or with a secure payment link, provided with your quote. You are also welcome to pay the full amount upfront.
Can you deliver?
Yes, by courier at your cost. Courier shipping is not part of the deposit: we send you the courier quote before dispatch, and you pay it before we send your order. You can also collect from us in Robertsham.
Can I supply my own candle design?
Yes. If your design meets our guidelines (A6, landscape or portrait, print-ready file), you pay only for the candle and its label, with no design fee.
What if the funeral date changes after printing?
We can reprint with the new details. Message us for a quote.
What if something is wrong with the order?
If we make a mistake, or what we deliver does not match the proof you approved, we reprint it or refund you in full.
We are a funeral parlour ordering for a family. Do the same terms apply?
Yes. If a funeral parlour places the order, the same terms apply to whoever places it.
