What we make
We design and print memorial booklets, bookmarks and candles. Each order is made specially for you, from the details, photos and wording you send us.
Quotes and prices
- Our prices are in South African rand and are shown on our memorial pages. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
- Booklets and bookmarks are priced per 50, each product on its own. Candles are priced per candle.
- Add-on prices are subject to change.
- We confirm the total for your order in a quote before you pay anything.
- Courier costs are not included. We quote them before dispatch.
Proofs and approval
We send a proof within 24 hours of receiving everything we need, and two rounds of changes are included. Before we print, we ask you to reply:
“I confirm all names, dates and times are correct. Approved for print.”
We print exactly what you approve, so check every name, date and time. Colours can look slightly different on paper than on screen, and booklets are not waterproof.
Payment
You pay per order. We start printing once you have approved your design and we have received a 50% deposit.
The balance is due before you collect or before we ship. Courier shipping is not part of the deposit: we send you the courier quote before dispatch, and you pay it before we send your order. You are also welcome to pay the full amount upfront.
Pay by EFT or with a secure payment link, provided with your quote. If you pay by EFT, send your proof of payment on WhatsApp. If a funeral parlour places the order for you, the same terms apply to whoever places it.
Collection and delivery
Collect your order from Friday 15:00 at 39 Kindon Road, Robertsham, Johannesburg, 2091, or we ship it by courier at your cost.
We check and pack every order before handover, and we ask you to open one booklet and count the boxes with us.
Our deadlines and ready times are on our how ordering works page. Courier times are the courier's estimate and are outside our control.
Cancellations and refunds
Because every order is made specially for you, cancellations follow our cancellations and refunds policy.
Your photos and wording
When you send us photos and wording, you confirm that you may share them with us for your order. We use them only to design and print your order. We delete them 3 months after your order is complete, and we never keep a sample or share your order publicly unless you say yes when we ask. See our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you approve your quote. These terms are governed by South African law.
